Pablo "Billy" Venenciano Varsity Boys Head
Coach Head Coach Bill Venenciano is grateful
for wrestling. It's a tough sport that builds
character and discipline; two qualities he brings
to the wrestlers of Kamehameha's program. For every
athlete that enters, he hopes wrestling can and
allow the person to have confidence, talent, and
will to pursue an education, employment, and
positive life skills. He appreciates everything
wrestling has done to develop his potential, and
wants that for everyone involved in the program.
Born and raised on Molokai, Bill pursued a
wrestling scholarship at Pacific University in
Forest Grove, Oregon. With his twin brother Benny,
they wrecked havoc towards their opponents from
1987 to 1989. His wrestling accomplishments: 2x
NAIA All-American 126 lbs Wrestler, 1x Second place
finish in 119 lbs., 2x Hawaii State Champion 119
lbs. He is currently married, and enjoys living
with his wife, Linda, daughter, Taylor and dog,
Nimbus.
