Agenhart
Ellis is a 1991 graduate of Kamehameha Schools. He lettered in football,
basketball and track while at Kamehameha. He went on to play football
at the University of Hawaii and played in the 1996 Hula Bowl. He
received a BBA in Marketing from UH Manoa and went back to school
to receive his teaching credentials. Agenhart is the Defensive Coordinator
for the Varsity Football team and also coaches the jumps for the
Track and Field team. Agenhart believes his students should work
hard and have a positive attitude. Agenhart enjoys working out,
golfing and spending time with family when not in school. He has
a wife Theresa and four daughters: Mahina (10), Taimane (10), Tenielle
(5) and Aree (1). |
7th Grade Physical Education Instructor, Kaua Hudgens is a graduate
of The Kamehameha Schools Class of 1994. He attended University
of Hawaii-Manoa where he received a B. Ed. in Secondary Education
with an emphasis in Physical Education. Besides teaching, Kaua is
the advisor for the Meat Club and is also a licensed real estate
agent. When he is not working, Kaua enjoys spending his free time
with his wife Michoriann, and family. |
Judy
Rasmussen grew up in northern California and played a number of
sports, but decided to specialize in competitive swimming at the
age of 14. She was listed nationally in the top 5 times for her
age group in Butterfly and
Breaststroke at age 17 when she won the city of Stockton's "Athlete
of the Year" award.
Judy attended college at the University of Hawaii, graduating in
1968 with a B.Ed. specializing in Physical Education and Health.She
received her M.Ed. from the University of Hawaii in 1971. She began
teaching Physical Education at Kamehameha in 1970, and also coached
the Synchronized Swimming Team. In 1974, she started the Kamehameha
jazz Dance Troupe, later known as the Kamehameha Dance Theater,
which is now part of the Performing Arts Department. Judy began
swimming again and won 6 National Championships in U.S. Master's
swimming. This year, Judy will be coaching for our ILH swim team.
She is also one the our KMS Lead Teachers. The joints are going
and she moves slower, but she still has a love for her students
and for teaching. She hopes to instill in each student a desire
to be their best in action, effort and sportsmanship. Judy is married
with two daughters. |
Michele' Nash is a long term substitute for Lori Murakami. She is a 1997 Kamehameha Graduate who has gone through the Physical Education program. She brings lots of youth and energy to the KMS PE Program. Michele' also teaches swimming at Kamehameha during the summers. |
Christopher
Zarko is the locker room attendant for the 7th and 8th grade Physical
Education Department. Born in Honolulu, raised in Pearl City, he
is a graduate of Pearl City High class of 1976. During his free
time, he likes to play basketball, softball, paddle canoe and coach
football. He has a wife Kalani and two children: Pomai, 8 and Kawika,

Claudia
Awai is a 1959 graduate of Hawaii Baptist Academy. She attended
the University of Hawaii at Manoa but decided on a career as a dental
assistant. She also worked for Hawaiian Airlines as a stewardess.
She enjoyed being a wife and mother full time for 26 years before
joining the KS staff in 1998 as a locker room attendant in the athletic
department. She then moved down to Middle School during that same
year. She enjoys working with 7th and 8th grade students and wishes
to leave positive character traits for them to carry on in their
future journey into adult life. She is a mother of four children
of which all graduated from KS. She has six grandchildren. |
