Nä Mea Kanu o Kamehameha was a project in which students from the Koa Team researched and observed plants on the Kamehameha Middle School campus. After learning about plant form and function, students were assigned a plant to research through field observations, books, and the internet. The objective of this project was to identify the endemic, indigenous, introduced, and Polynesian introduced plants that can be found on our campus. This web site will help to identify the locations as well as pictures, information, and web-related links about the plants of Kamehameha Middle School.
