Koa student, “Eh you!”

Lehua student, “Who? Me!”

Koa student, “Ya you!!! You ever heard about the shark gods in the old Hawaiian days?”

Lehua student “Um.. ah…..No.” “But what is this shark god you speak about?”

Koa student “No cuz brah in da old Hawaiian kine days, when the native Hawaiians used to be. They went believe that every district that was by the ocean should have their own shark god. So anyways had dis shark god of Kainalu and he had one ancestor that went die and den da bones was washed ashore on the beautiful island of Moloka‘i. And the people of that area went make one shrine with da bones of the dead ancestor. Now the shark god of kainalu after hearing about that he wanted to visit the shrine to pay his respects.”

Ring…Ring…Ring!! It was the passing bell.

Koa student, “Aw man we ran out of time I go try for tell um to you lattah when I see you I gotta go to my next class k den sista talk to you lattah mahaloz!!!!!!”

Lehua student, “Oh but you didn’t finish the story.”
